The courier will deliver the goods purchased in the Brainlif e-store to the post office indicated by you throughout Lithuania within 2 working days. Orders are not delivered on weekends and public holidays.Goods are delivered optionally - to Omnivos or LP Express post machines.
If the value of the package is €29 or more, delivery is FREE.
If the value of the parcel is less than €29, the delivery of one parcel throughout Lithuania will cost you €2.00 - when choosing delivery to a Venipak post machine, €2.49 - when choosing delivery to an Omniva post machine, €3.49 - when choosing Venipak courier services. Corrected
Shipments to the Curonian Spit are subject to an additional €18 delivery fee, regardless of the order amount.If the customer specifies incorrect delivery data (recipient's name, address, postal code, contact phone number), the delivery date of the order may change. If the delivery details change, please inform us as soon as possible by e-mail info@brainlif.com or by calling customer service at +370 61496677.When receiving the package, be sure to check the condition of the package. You have the right not to accept the shipment if you notice a shipment violation. Upon receipt of the shipment, it is considered that the shipment was delivered without damage.

IMPORTANT! In all cases, the seller cannot guarantee that the ordered goods will reach the customer within the specified period. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances such as increased number of shipments during the holiday period, or the logistics error of the carrier may delay the delivery of the shipment.

Returns & Refunds policy

Conditions for exchanging and returning:
You can exchange or return goods purchased in the Brainlif e-store within 14 days from the day of delivery without specifying a reason, but paying the costs of returning the goods yourself:

Please inform us about the exchange or return of the product by e-mail. by mail info@brainlif.com;
Please indicate the order number, the list of goods to be returned (and the reason), the preferred date and method of return and the number of the account to which you wish to receive the money;
In case of exchange of goods, also specify the desired product;
After receiving e-mail we will contact you with the letter within 1 working day;
Please return the product only after receiving confirmation;

The Buyer is responsible for returning the goods.You have the right to return or exchange goods if:
"The product being returned or exchanged was not opened by you (opening the package, which is necessary to inspect the product, is not considered a violation);
The goods have not been used and are in their original condition (does not apply when returning a defective product);
You are not satisfied with the expiration date of the product you received (if there are more than 6 months left until the expiration date of the product, such product is considered to be of good quality and suitable. In the case of shorter expiration dates, this is clearly indicated or otherwise marked in the online store);
The packaging of the product you received has lost its appearance during transportation, is damaged (you can refuse it during delivery, stating the reason on the acceptance bill of lading);
If you are not satisfied with the shape, size, color, model or completeness of the purchased product, you can replace the product with an analogous product of different dimensions, shape, color, model or completeness or return it."

Goods returned within 14 days must be in order:

The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging, as you received it from the Seller;
The product must be undamaged by the Buyer;
The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (clean, undamaged labels, untorn protective films and other elements characteristic of the original package);
The package of the returned product must be unchanged, as it was delivered to the Buyer;
The returned product must be securely packed, it is recommended to pack it in the same packaging in which you received it from the Seller;
When returning the product, the buyer is responsible for its smooth and safe arrival to the seller.

In the event that the reason for the return of the product is the wrong quality or you received the wrong product that you ordered, we undertake at our own expense to optionally replace the product with a product of suitable quality or return the money paid for the product.

The money for the returned goods will be returned to you by bank transfer to the account specified by you, according to the submitted written request, within 15 working days.
